We’re hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to manage high-volume interview scheduling and candidate communications across multiple departments and time zones. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping hiring logistics organized, pipelines moving, and candidates engaged throughout the process.

What You’ll Do:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with speed and precision
  • Manage candidate communication: updates, feedback, and rejections
  • Maintain an organized, up-to-date ATS (we use Recruiterflow)
  • Post job descriptions and monitor applicant flow
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a timely process
  • Spot and suggest ways to improve workflows and candidate touchpoints

What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years in recruitment coordination or high-volume hiring support
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Polished, professional communication—especially over email and Slack
  • Comfort using Google Calendar, Gmail, ATS platforms, and Slack
  • Availability to work full-time on PST or EST hours
