About The Role
A premier resort and marina in the Bahamas is looking for a warm, detail-oriented, and highly responsive Concierge & Reservation Agent to join their remote guest services team. This is a front-line support role focused on delivering world-class service to guests before, during, and after their stay at a luxury island destination.
You’ll be the first point of contact for guest inquiries, booking requests, and personalized concierge services, helping create memorable experiences from the moment of first contact.

You’ll be the first point of contact for guest inquiries, booking requests, and personalized concierge services, helping create memorable experiences from the moment of first contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations via phone, email, and booking platforms with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
- Deliver personalized concierge services, including dining, excursion, spa, and transportation arrangements
- Maintain expert knowledge of resort offerings, amenities, and island activities
- Assist with guest inquiries from pre-arrival to post-departure, ensuring consistent and thoughtful communication
- Coordinate with on-site departments to guarantee a smooth guest experience
- Maintain accurate guest records and support administrative needs as required
- Previous experience in hospitality, travel coordination, or luxury customer service
- Strong written and spoken English; excellent email and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask across systems and communication platforms
- Familiarity with booking and reservation systems (CloudBeds or similar is a plus)
- Self-motivated with a calm, solution-focused approach
- Comfortable working flexible hours across time zones
- Detail-oriented and eager to deliver personalized, five-star service remotely
