Role overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven salesperson to grow our presence across the Western Cape. This is a field-based role requiring a strong track record in FMCG sales, excellent client relationship skills, and a passion for sustainable, premium products.
Key responsibilities
Acquire and develop new business across the HORECA and corporate sectors.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Promote Verve Water’s unique refill–recycle–reuse value proposition.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Manage and grow existing accounts through regular visits and account planning.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records and sales reporting using CRM tools.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ proven sales experience in the FMCG industry.

Existing network within the hospitality, events, or corporate sector preferred.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a regional territory.

Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport (role is field-based).

Target-driven, organised, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
