Our client is looking for a well-presented and efficient Front Office Manager with proven experience managing hotel front desk operations. As the first point of contact for guests, you will:

ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience,
lead a team of receptionists,
maintain a high standard of service delivery at all times.

The role requires

excellent people management, guest relations, and administrative skills.

You’ll work closely with the Reservations, Housekeeping, and Management teams to ensure guest needs are anticipated and met.
You will also manage front office staff scheduling, cash handling procedures, and guest feedback.

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a front office management role in a hotel

Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera or similar)

Strong team leadership and communication skills

Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Professional grooming and demeanour
