Our client is seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead a busy bar team within their popular hotel restaurant.
This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the art of mixology, thrives under pressure, and can lead a team in delivering consistent, efficient service.
You will manage day-to-day bar operations, monitor stock levels, ensure adherence to hygiene standards, and mentor junior bar staff.
A sound understanding of customer service, product knowledge, and team dynamics is crucial.
2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory bar role
Good knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer interaction and conflict resolution skills
Flexible with working hours, including nights and weekends
Between 3 - 5 Years
