Restaurant Group Operations Manager - Jhb

A Group Operations Manager is required for a restaurant group operating multiple outlets in South Africa mainly Gauteng. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in head office or multi-store management. The role demands a proactive individual who will participate in store operations and support management with everyday tasks. A robust understanding of financial management and marketing is crucial. The successful applicant will be tasked with increasing brand recognition and driving financial performance for the group. Responsibilities include maintaining brand integrity, ensuring high service standards, and resolving operational issues. This role is suited for a motivated and ambitious professional who can cultivate a positive team atmosphere. Applicants must have significant experience with Pilot point of sale systems and will need to manage these systems remotely. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong management approach and possess comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, leading and managing store operators while reporting directly to the company directors. Candidates lacking multi-store management experience will not be considered. Travel within Gauteng and to other provinces may be required, and candidates must be based in Jhb Gauteng.
