- Ensure all action requests are completed within prescribed service level agreement (SLA) and end users are able to assist customers efficiently
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support business operations and strategy.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives.
- Recommend improvements to data collection and reporting processes.
- Mentor a team re Artificial intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a BI Analyst or similar role.
- 1-2 years management skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
