We’re looking for skilled professionals with the following minimum experience and qualification requirements:
- A relevant IT qualification (Software: Degree or Diploma)
- 8+ years of experience in object-oriented programming (OOP)
- 8+ years of hands-on development with .NET and SQL (database design & query writing)
- Strong experience in designing scalable and efficient solutions
- Deep understanding of OOP & solid design principles, Design Patterns & Test-Driven
- Development, ORM tools (Entity Framework), RESTful APIs & testing frameworks, ASP.NET MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript & frameworks like Angular, Knockout, or jQuery
- Experience with: .NET Core / .NET Framework, WCF, Git, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Caching strategies
- Development: Advanced tech solution design, test, and debug software aligned with the organisation’s standards. Contributing to documentation, and technical frameworks. Handling regression testing, source control, and stakeholder engagement while resolving application issues and ensuring alignment with architecture, standards, and best practices.
- Mentorship and coaching: Lead development efforts to ensure on-time project delivery, uphold quality assurance standards for high-quality code, and actively contribute to technical and design discussions to support effective, collaborative software development.
- Ensuring environment stability and systems health: Collaborate with implementation managers and technical teams to develop deployment instructions and ensure stable application and database environments. Assist with system monitoring and optimization during releases, and provide standby support, including outside core business hours, as agreed with the application manager.
- Collaboration: Provide input on technical design, architecture, and development best practices. Support analysts, testers, and SQL database design. Lead POC initiatives, act as technical liaison across teams, contribute to web application strategy, and deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed
