Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. To give front-line support to clients and customers and to ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features. To be accountable for maintaining excellent service for our internal and external customers.
How you create impact
- To proactively advise and consult to ensure customer satisfaction, including complaint management.
- Qualification and entry of customer orders into the operational execution process.
- Qualification of customer inquiries, provide Kuehne-Nagel quotations and updates, set final selling price with individual adjustments within the given price band and in line with the national leeway in decision-making (front-line empowerment).
- Inclusion and transfer of customer requirements into the Kuehne-Nagel systems; Accompanying (initial) customer order.
- Provide relevant information and attend the customer business reviews.
- Maintenance and integration of customer data in the Kuehne-Nagel systems, including reporting (creating, refining, and reviewing reports)
- knowledge exchange with the sales; Establishment of an operative customer relationship (sales support)
- Ensure that the correct supplier contracts are available and work on any cost disputes or under accruals. Ensure that each customer has a rate profile in place and that the correct GP is recognized when closing shipment files.
What we would like you to bring
- Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in customer service, ideally in transport and forwarding
- Confident handling of MS Office programs
- Independent, team-oriented, and service-oriented working style
- Confident appearance, strong communication skills, as well as a high level of service and customer orientation
- Brilliant communication and interpersonal skills.
