(Candidates with strong Meta + Google experience may be considered up to $4,000/month)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Meta Media Buyer with 3–5 years of recent, full-time experience focused exclusively on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of modern Meta strategies—particularly in a post-iOS14, AI-driven landscape—and a results-oriented mindset focused on leads, purchases, and performance-driven optimization.

You will support a seasoned Senior Media Buyer and help execute and optimize campaigns across multiple client accounts.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns for multiple clients


  • Execute A/B tests, creative variations, and performance-based optimizations


  • Report asynchronously through dashboards and Loom updates


  • Collaborate with internal team in Slack and Basecamp to ensure timely execution


  • Maintain strategic alignment with client goals (leads, conversions, purchases)


  • Analyze campaign data and performance using Meta insights and custom dashboards


Requirements
  • 3–5 years of recent, focused experience managing Meta Ads campaigns


  • Proven results across lead generation, direct purchases, and brand awareness


  • Deep understanding of Meta’s evolving AI ecosystem and creative-first testing


  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts with precision and efficiency


  • Strong written English and communication skills


  • Availability for partial overlap with Central Time (10AM–6PM CT ideal)


Preferred but Not Required
  • Experience with Google Ads or YouTube campaigns (may qualify for higher pay band)


  • Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Basecamp, Slack, and Loom


  • Bilingual (Spanish) communication skills


  • Experience working on faith-driven or purpose-led campaigns
