Beautiful 4-star resort seeks an exceptional Housekeeper to manage this up-market establishment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations, including staff supervision and training.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and make recommendations to the facility.
- Manage the housekeeping staff, planning work and staffing schedules.
- Ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
- Schedule inventory management, and coordinate with other departments.
- Keep track of stock and order as required.
- Share in handling the front office, reception and the duties therein as and when required.
Skills and Experience
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- As this is a managerial position incumbent must be experienced in taking charge.
- Needs Computer literacy. Semper an advantage.
- Very good English.
- Mature, responsible, observant and friendly behaviour.
- Polite and professional.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Understand how to work with staff of longstanding.
- Insist on extremely high standards.
- Own transport and driver’s licence required.
Other
- Work 6 days a week.
- One weekend off a month.
- Annual leave to be taken during quiet periods and not school holidays.
