We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support interview scheduling and candidate communication across multiple roles and departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in creating a seamless, professional experience for every candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones with accuracy and speed
  • Own candidate communication, from updates to feedback and follow-ups
  • Keep our ATS (Recruiterflow) up to date and organized
  • Post job listings and track applicant flow
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain momentum
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or high-volume hiring support
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communication skills (especially via email and Slack)
  • Familiarity with Google Calendar, Gmail, ATS tools, and Slack
  • Availability to work full-time during PST or EST business hours
