Job Brief

A junior-mid-weight graphic designer will join our team. If tight deadlines, quick turnarounds, and fast fast-paced environment are what you’re looking for, well, hello there. If you yearn to learn and keep up with the latest coworking trends to deliver on-point graphic assets to grow our visual personae, this might just be the job for you. As a junior-level graphic designer, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day design needs and implementing design solutions that maintain and boost the integrity of the brand in the coworking marketing space.

General Scope of Work

Design Production

  • Create and deliver graphic assets for digital and print platforms (e.g., social media, email campaigns, signage, brochures, web graphics).

Brand Integrity

  • Ensure all design work adheres to established brand guidelines and helps strengthen the visual identity of the company.

Project Turnaround

  • Manage multiple design requests and meet tight deadlines with quick turnarounds, while maintaining attention to detail.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, content, and other teams to translate concepts and briefs into effective design solutions.

Trend Awareness

  • Stay up to date with design and coworking trends to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.

Continuous Improvement

  • Be proactive in learning new tools, techniques, and design trends to grow professionally and add value to the team.

Ideal Qualifications/Experience

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 Years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Ability to work in a marketing team and to collaborate effectively with an experienced designer to gain hands-on experience.
  • Act as a Designer and Art Director for Workshop17 and create fresh, smart and engaging concepts for brand identity, print, presentations and digital applications.
  • Maintain the high standard set in elevating the brand identity and its market positioning through impactful design that speaks the W17 language.
  • Strong creative flair. Bring fresh ideas and concepts to the table, pushing the boundaries of design to set us apart in the market.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring the accuracy, quality and consistency of all design assets before final delivery.
  • Stay ahead of co-working trends and translate them into designs.
  • Eager to learn, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
  • Hands-on and ready to help out.

Recruitment Process

  • Suitable candidates will be required to submit an introductory video.
  • First interview with the direct manager and HR Support.
  • Shortlisted candidates from the first round of interviews will meet with our HR Manager and the CEO.
