Join a rapidly expanding healthcare brand serving Latin America as a Marketing Manager focused on data-driven, automated growth. You’ll take ownership of HubSpot workflows, build multi-touch campaigns, and streamline campaign ops using tools like Zapier and Make.

If you're a systems thinker with strong CRM skills and a passion for optimization, this role puts you at the core of how marketing drives growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, launch, and optimize automated campaigns via HubSpot and Zapier
  • Manage performance reporting in Google Sheets and surface key trends weekly
  • Publish daily social and email/SMS content as part of an integrated campaign strategy
  • Improve marketing-sales handoffs and document processes across regions
  • Cut campaign build time through smart templates and automation

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience running CRM-driven campaigns (HubSpot preferred)
  • Proficiency with Zapier or Make and ability to troubleshoot integrations
  • Comfort using Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
  • Campaign mindset with technical fluency—you're equally creative and analytical
  • Bonus points for Spanish or Portuguese
