Role Responsibilities
The Change Manager is responsible to lead the change management strategy and execution for digital transformation and other business improvement initiatives across Zutari. Specifically, the Change Manager is responsible for:

Role Responsibilities
The Change Manager is responsible to lead the change management strategy and execution for digital transformation and other business improvement initiatives across Zutari. Specifically, the Change Manager is responsible for:
- Developing and executing change management strategies aligned with digital transformation goals, including enterprise system implementations, automation, and process redesign
- Conducting impact assessments to understand how changes affect roles, processes, and structures
- Building and implementing communication and engagement plans to foster stakeholder alignment and support
- Developing training strategies and content to ensure capability building and user adoption
- Establishing feedback mechanisms and change readiness assessments to guide interventions
- Collaborating with project owners to integrate change activities into overall project plans
- Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on change adoption and effectiveness through KPIs and stakeholder feedback
- Coaching senior leaders and managers to help them fulfill their change leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Communication, or other related field (post graduate degree preferred)
- 5+ years experience in organizational change management, preferably within digital transformation programs
- Experience working in cross-functional project environments (Agile, Lean, or Waterfall methodologies)
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, APMG)
- Deep understanding of change management principles, tools, and methodologies
- Strong business acumen and understanding of digital technologies
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring change outcomes
