Tues - Friday = 9am - 6pm

Job Overview

The Closing Specialist plays a critical role in the successful and timely completion of property transactions. This individual is responsible for managing all aspects of the closing process, and ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved. The Closing Specialist acts as a central point of contact, coordinating documents, funds, and communication to facilitate a seamless transfer of property ownership. This is a remote position (preferably South Africa), ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment, is highly organized, and can work independently with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-level closer, converts warm leads to sales, maintains consistent follow-up
  • Oversee the entire closing process from contract execution to post-closing follow-up.
  • Monitor critical dates and deadlines, proactively communicating with relevant parties to ensure timely progression
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline in the CRM.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of prospects
  • Close 2 deals under contract per week (8/month, post-training/probation)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in phone sales and closing
  • Prior experience in Real Estate or Property is a must
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and pipeline management. (Zillow, MLS platforms, Investorlift and Invelo)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Resilient to rejection with a positive and driven attitude.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work within a flexible, varied schedule.
