Executive: Technology

Our Client within the Finance/Insurance sector has a requirement for senior level role: Executive Technology - with Strong Leadership coupled with related Technical Experiencee.
Essential Requirement:

• Minimum 10 experience in a Senior Technology Leadership role or similar, with a strong experience of leading high-performing teams and driving organizational success.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the Information Technology sector, encompassing enterprise systems, digital transformation, infrastructure management, and emerging technologies.
• Strong knowledge of software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong leadership experience, with proven expertise in building, mentoring, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to align technology initiatives with overarching business goals, competent in long-term strategic planning, and leveraging technology to create competitive advantages.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership, board members, clients, and technical teams.
• Proven Experience of managing varied technology projects and teams.
