KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Uploading products and offers — fast and flawless
• Sourcing images, writing copy, and double-checking every detail
• Spotting and fixing listing glitches before anyone notices
• Managing stock sheets like a pro
• Chatting with suppliers to keep everything on track
• Digging into site data to help boost sales
• Teaming up with Supply, Marketing, and Warehouse squads
• Keeping the site sharp, shoppable, and smooth
• Crushing the admin that keeps ecommerce ticking

What You’ll Learn:

• How an online store actually runs behind the scenes

• How data, pricing, stock and content impact what sells

PERSONAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

• You’re detail-obsessed and enjoy the admin side of things
• You’re organised, curious, and love ticking things off
• You’re tech-comfy and not scared of spreadsheets
• You’re proactive and love figuring things out
• You’re keen to break into ecommerce and learn as much as you can

EXPERIENCE

• You’ve studied Business, Retail or something analytical
• You’ve got retail admin experience
• You’ve worked in a fast-paced environment
• You’ve got a thing for systems, tools, and efficiency
