Position Summary Role and Responsibilities
  • Source, retrieve, analyze and interpret data related to supply chain operations, including inventory levels, demand forecasting, retail management and order fulfilment.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making by all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, validate data accuracy, and ensure data integrity.
  • Conduct data mining, cleansing, and transformation activities to improve data quality and usability.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through visualizations, presentations, and written reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to data analytics and SCM.
  • Responsible for operational practices and procedures of the business and ensure adherence to all operational processes.
  • Implement and maintain operational systems and practices.
  • Generate accurate operational and market data analysis reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and validation of business partner’s forecast received and work with the SCM and sales teams to ensure on-going improvement of business partner supply efficiencies;
  • Coordinate the day-to-day workflow in and out of the business to meet schedules;
  • Design, develop, and implement RPA workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Utilize Qlik Sense to create interactive dashboards and reports for data visualization and decision-making.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases
  • Administrative support on business operations

  • Acquires and applies job skills and learns the company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks that are routinely/semi-routinely in nature
  • Normally follows established procedures on work. Requires instructions on tasks
