MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- An appropriate 3-year National Degree/Diploma in Public Management, Finance or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 2 year’s Supply Chain experience an added advantage.
- Understanding of SCM processes and legislative framework.
- Competent in MS Office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the process of consolidating the demand and procurement plan for the Entity.
- Assist in Conduct market analysis and advise on the best approach to the market.
- Assist in updating the database of RFQ Schedule/ Bid schedules.
- Performing any other duties as delegated by the respective supervisors and managers within the SCM environment.
- Ensure that all procurement documents are timeously and accurately filed in
- SharePoint or filling area in line with approved SOP.
- Ensure compliance to confidentiality statements.
- Observe all Health and Safety protocols and procedures.
