Versus Socks, South Africa’s leading performance sock brand, is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who’s equal parts creative powerhouse and organised machine to join our team.

We’re on a mission to become a world-renowned performance socks brand and we want someone who can help design the products that will get us there.

What Makes This Role Special

This isn’t your typical graphic design job. You’ll be the driving force behind eye-catching sock designs, packaging, exciting accessories like caps, and limited-edition product launches while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From the first sketch to the final handover to our factory partners, you’ll bring ideas to life for a fast-paced, high-performance brand.

You’ll get to create real products for a global community, collaborate with a high-energy team, and have real ownership of your work. You don’t need apparel experience, we’ll teach you what you need. What matters most is your design talent and your ability to stay on top of things.

What You’ll Do

• Design creative, original sock designs, packaging, and accessories (like caps)
• Lead the creative process from moodboards and mockups to print-ready files
• Own the full product design journey – from concept to sampling to final sign-off
• Manage multiple design projects with precision and clear communication
• Create sales proposals and a product catalogue
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain clean, organised folders and timelines that keep the team moving

You’ll Thrive If You Have

• 5+ years graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
• Excellent layout, colour, and typography skills
• A love for organisation, structure, and managing multiple projects
• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• A passion for sport, style, and creating standout designs
