Position: Senior Talent Consultant

Wamly is on the lookout for a Senior Talent Consultant to join our growing Talent Operations team! In this dynamic role, you'll take ownership of strategic talent acquisition projects, lead delivery excellence, and play a pivotal role in shaping our people processes. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality recruitment outcomes while championing innovation and continuous improvement. Requirements
Minimum education (essential):
• Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
Minimum education (desirable):
• Registered Industrial Psychologist
Minimum applicable experience:
• 3+ years in recruitment, HR consulting, or talent operations
• Bonus: Experience in SaaS, tech, or HR Tech environments
Required nature of experience:
• Leading end-to-end talent acquisition projects
• Working with client SLAs, psychometric tools, and talent delivery frameworks
• Strategic client engagement and relationship management
• Supporting and mentoring junior talent professionals
• Reporting, process optimisation, and recruitment operations
Skills and Knowledge (essential):
• Talent acquisition best practices
• ATS and CRM tools (e.g., Wamly, LinkedIn Talent Solutions)
• Psychometric assessments and interpretation
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Data analysis and recruitment reporting
• Process development and documentation
Skills and Knowledge (desirable):
• Experience with HR analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Sheets)
• Exposure to agile teams or lean recruitment environments
• Understanding of product feedback loops and cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the full talent acquisition process for key client portfolios
• Own and improve day-to-day Talent Operations, ensuring SLA and SOP compliance
• Guide and support Junior Consultants and Talent Consultants through onboarding and delivery best practices
• Monitor placement metrics (quality, cost, timeline, etc.) and update internal and client reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend enhancements to recruitment tools and workflows
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and alignment
• Document process changes and improvements for team learning and scaling
• Act as a key feedback conduit between Talent Operations and Product/Support teams
• Contribute to the evolution of Wamly’s recruitment delivery model through innovation and experimentation
