Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays; 9:00AM to 5:00PM EDT

Salary range: $1,200- $1,500 (base) per month up to $1,800- $2,000 OTE

Location: Remote (preferred: South Africa)

Job Overview

We’re seeking a highly motivated and professional Outsourced BDR/SDR to generate qualified outbound leads and book appointments for our internal sales team. You will be targeting property managers of high-rise buildings and mechanical contractors (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) in the Greater Toronto Area.

Your role will be to identify, call, and qualify potential customers, with the ultimate goal of setting high-quality meetings that convert into long-term clients.

What You’ll Be Given

  • Target account lists
  • Call scripts
  • Email and LinkedIn templates
  • CRM access (Close)
  • Training on ICP and value proposition

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 50-80 outbound cold calls per day
  • Follow up via email or LinkedIn as appropriate
  • Qualify leads using a structured framework (e.g., BANT or CHAMP)
  • Book meetings directly into the sales calendar
  • Take detailed notes and update the CRM after each touchpoint
  • Hit weekly/monthly appointment and pipeline contribution goals
  • Attend weekly check-ins for coaching, accountability, and reporting

  • You consistently meet or exceed appointment targets
  • You fully understand and clearly communicate our offer to the ICP
  • Your booked meetings turn into high-quality sales opportunities
  • You handle objections with professionalism and confidence
  • The internal sales team gives strong feedback on your leads

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling, ideally in facilities or service industries
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong objection-handling ability
  • Experience using CRMs such as Close or HubSpot
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time and tasks independently
  • Industry knowledge of property management or mechanical trades is a plus
