We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled French Back Office Agent to join our organization. As a Back Office Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our French-speaking clients.

Please note it is a requirement of the Global Capability Centre Africa that you reside in a home that is fibre ready; and has space for you to be able to work comfortably and confidentially on a day-to-day basis for the purpose of your proposed employment. You can be based anywhere in South Africa that has fibre, but will not be able to work in a location outside of South Africa.
A Minimum of a 100 Meg Fibre line is required, should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line or install fibre in order to work effectively.
Please note that being a credit bureau, some positions require a clear credit record.
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

- Backoffice tasks include responsibilities like reviewing queries, processing, and various administrative duties
- Providing excellent customer service and support to our French-speaking clients
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of transactions in the CRM
Impact You'll Make:
- A2 - B1 Intermediate level (Fluent in French and English written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to navigate multiple databases and systems
- Experience* - HSC with minimum 6 months experience OR above / Graduate freshers
