Process and manage Standard Bank bond cancellations, including deceased estate and legal-related matters.

Liaise with Standard Bank, attorneys, clients, and the Deeds Office.

Draft accurate cancellation documents, letters, and consents in accordance with bank and legal requirements.

Ensure full compliance with Standard Bank’s processes and required documentation.

Manage a large volume of files, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring accuracy.

Monitor the progress of each file and follow up as necessary.

Maintain updated records in the internal conveyancing system

Matric (Grade 12)

Conveyancing or legal secretarial qualification (advantageous)

Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience specifically in Standard Bank bond cancellations

Experience in handling deceased estate cancellations

Prior work in a high-volume conveyancing environment

Skills & Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of Standard Bank processes and legal requirements

Strong ability to work independently and handle pressure

Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in conveyancing software
