Debtors & Creditors Management:
Manage accounts receivable and payable functions with accuracy and efficiency.

Vendor Registration:
Handle vendor onboarding and registration processes on platforms such as Coupa , Ariba , or other similar procurement systems.

Invoice & Purchase Order Processing:
Create accurate tax invoices using rate per tonnage and rates per hour

Process and manage purchase orders and ensure alignment with billing

Account Reconciliation & Analysis:
Create, reconcile, and analyze account statements

Identify and resolve any discrepancies

Financial Reporting:
Consolidate general expenses and revenue

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries

Industry-Specific Support:
Experience working with yellow metal equipment or plant hire operations

Understand industry-specific billing, costing, and asset tracking

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , Word, and general computer literacy

2–3 years of relevant Office & Accounts Administrator experience

Familiarity with vendor platforms like Coupa and Ariba

Experience in plant hire , mining , or equipment rental industries

Valid driver's license and own reliable transport

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
