Requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration or other relevant degree
- 3-5 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development or Relationship Management within a financial services environment
- 2 years’ experience in the management of complex projects in the financial services industry
- Relevant knowledge of the financial services and insurance industry
- Influencing and persuasion skills

INTERNAL PROCESS
- Develop and implement approaches to identify and develop new market opportunities.
- Ensure ongoing analysis of market opportunities in the segment.
- Take full responsibility for the negotiation and acquisition of new markets with opportunity for payroll deduction arrangements – including but not limited to new worksite partnerships, new union and employer scheme’s etc.
- Continuously ensure Deal making, partnering and collaboration with multi Channels
- Keep abreast of trends, legislation and best practices within the financial services industry to optimise and align service offering.
- Drive the implementation of the strategy to maximise revenue through alignment of solutions.
- Implement and operationalise tactical plans in collaboration with executive management and other relevant business stakeholders enable service delivery and achieve business objectives.
- Partner with business areas to share knowledge, insights and address any gaps or challenges.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with business partners, stakeholders and business areas in order to understand business priorities and requirements.
- Gather competitive intelligence and new product ideas from the business environment and share market insights with management team.
