About Us

We’re a fast-growing US-based company obsessed with building real human connections through strategic organic channels. Our core growth engine is our Facebook Groups—community-first spaces that drive lead generation, customer retention, and brand loyalty. We’re young, agile, and results-focused—and we want someone who thrives in that environment.

What You’ll Be DoingFacebook Group Growth & Engagement
  • Own the strategy and execution of Facebook Group marketing end-to-end.
  • Grow multiple groups organically (no paid boosts) from the ground up.
  • Use growth hacks, contests, daily engagement, content pillars, and cross-channel support to scale from 0 to 100K+ members.
  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates, community guidelines, and engagement trends.

Content Leadership & Social Strategy
  • Develop content calendars rooted in engagement psychology.
  • Oversee all group visuals, copy, and CTAs to maximize value-driven interaction.
  • Work with the content team to refine voice, tone, and consistency across communities.
Team Collaboration & Process Optimization
  • While you’re highly independent, you're collaborative by nature—you love sharing wins, ideas, and improvements with the team.
  • Contribute to optimizing systems, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior marketers if needed.

Client Communication & Reporting
  • Host regular client update calls to showcase growth, wins, and next steps.
  • Translate analytics into clear, actionable feedback.
  • Foster long-term relationships through responsiveness and strategic recommendations.

  • Understands how to drive results through content pillars, engagement loops, giveaways, and data.

  • Is hungry, passionate, and hard-working—someone who gets results and brings energy to their work.

  • Thrives in remote startup environments, and can lead initiatives without hand-holding.

  • Is a doer and a thinker—you’re both strategic and hands-on.

  • Is data-driven—comfortable using insights to adjust strategy in real-time.

  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of 50+ clients, along with leading a team of 20 or more.
  • Candidates must demonstrate this level of scale and leadership to meet our non-negotiable standards. We will be evaluating applicants based on the experience they have explicitly indicated in their application materials.
