Your Key Responsibilities:
Business Performance:
Drive profitability by analyzing financial reports and implementing corrective action for underperforming locations.
Ensure franchisees meet KPIs related to revenue, cost control, and efficiency.
Governance & Compliance
Conduct regular audits on operations, hygiene, and brand presence.
Enforce compliance with health, safety, and labour legislation.
Strategy Implementation
Roll out innovative strategies and campaigns to improve performance and efficiency.
Lead initiatives for business expansion and operational improvements.
Service & Quality Management
Uphold consistent food and service quality across all sites.
Manage service recovery and guest experience enhancement initiatives.
People Growth & Development
Identify training needs and develop franchisee and team capability.
Mentor franchisees while fostering a culture of accountability and learning.
Leadership & Self-Management
Lead with integrity, drive, and initiative.
Participate in performance reviews and strategic meetings with key stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Table
Qualifications:
Tertiary education in Food & Beverage Management, Business, or similar.
Preferred: BTech in Food & Beverage Management or MDP in Marketing & Business.
Experience:
5–10 years in hospitality/restaurant operations (franchise/multi-site experience a plus).
Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
Compliance experience in employment law, health & safety, and POS systems.
Skills:
Strategic thinker with problem-solving ability
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Data-driven, influential, and resilient
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Attributes:
Energetic, self-motivated, and commercially astute

Willingness to travel for audits and franchise visits
