Project Manager – Software Projects (Agile)

iqx the Technology Division of iqbusiness is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager with a strong background in leading software development projects within Agile frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing cross-functional teams, delivering complex software solutions on time and within scope, and working closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing software development projects.
Proven track record delivering projects in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD practices is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end software projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
Collaborate with Product Owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UX/UI, DevOps) to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps to manage workflows and documentation.
