The company employs a diverse workforce with a strong skill set in engineering. We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our team and help grow our customer base while maintaining strong client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Lead and optimize sales processes, tools, and systems
- Analyse sales performance metrics and generate actionable insights for leadership.
- Identify and lead key projects to improve sales productivity and efficiency.
- Lead strategic planning and drive key initiatives
- Maintain and oversee the customer database while ensuring timely and effective customer engagement
- Partner with other key role players to ensure alignment on lead flow, customer data, and revenue reporting.
- Drive adoption of best sales practices
- Establish sales targets and support the team in achieving them
- Facilitate ongoing sales meetings to discuss objectives, gather input, and deliver direction
- Oversee the marketing resource library, ensuring materials are up-to-date and easily accessible to sales
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- A tertiary qualification is considered an advantage
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Experience in engineering field either HVAC / ventilation / fans or applications is advantageous
