Assist with processing customer quotes, orders, and invoices

Support the internal sales team with administrative tasks

Communicate with customers to follow up on orders and provide updates

Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Help manage stock and product availability queries

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams on order dispatches

General office administration duties (filing, data capturing, correspondence

Qualifications:
Recently completed a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and time-management abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team

Positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Advantageous:
Previous internship or holiday job experience in a sales or office environment

Familiarity with CRM systems or sales software (training can be provided)
