Your areas of responsibility:
- Responsible for sales to new and existing clients in the Eastern Cape through effective management of the Gqeberha sales team.
- Develop various strategies to grow sales in each allocated market segment and region.
- Responsible for the day to day running of the Gqeberha warehouse.
- Work with the related managers within the sales matrix of the business with the ultimate goal of growing the profitability of Fuchs Lubricants South Africa.
- Adopt strategies to increase sales and secure new customers across the prescribed territory and market segments.
- Visit new and existing customers with sales representatives (or alone where applicable) and offer the best service and advice.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Diploma in Marketing or Technical field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Sales Management position.
- An understanding of the general South African lubricant market, competitors as well as product requirements.
- Understanding of CRM systems, SAP and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to manage a large and diverse sales team.
