Role Purpose Generation of insights regarding business challenges and outcomes through independent or collaborative collection, analysis, interpretation and integration of various data
Requirements 3-4 years experience in designing and insights is essential
Experience in financial services (desirable)
Experience with Excel, Powerpoint, SQL is essential
Experience with PowerBI Development and Insights is essential
Diploma or degree will be an advantage
Duties & Responsibilities Design, execute and present insights reporting based on a variety of different methodologies, including traditional (qualitative and quantitative) and new methodologies
Support the business team to provide actionable and key findings by conducting analysis using various data sources
Create reports and presentation deliverables to internal and external stakeholders to ensure insights meet business requirements
Collect and analyse quantitative data from various data sources
Conduct qualitative focus groups and interviews with stakeholders to understand business requirements prior to design
Integrate data from multiple sources to create a narrative that drives action based on insights
Develop an understanding of the business, to ensure the effective delivery of Insights in line with the business' strategic objectives.
Support the process of creating and enhancing value for internal and external stakeholders by understanding client needs and behaviour
CLIENT SERVICE
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Deliver on service level agreements made with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed
Make recommendations to improve stakeholders experience
PEOPLE
Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service
Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders
Positively influence and participate in change initiatives
Continuously develop own expertise in terms of insights and report development

FINANCE
Identify solutions to enhance cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency
Manage financial and other company resources under your control with due respect
Provide input into the risk identification processes and communicate recommendations in the appropriate forum
