Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

Technical & Operational Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for first-tier support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Navision / Business Central, Sage 100C/300 Payroll, Chase Software
  • Manage and triage internal IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation to vendors or internal IT support as needed.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, coordinating with internal IT and external vendors to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Assist in supporting and monitoring business-critical applications.


System Implementation & Integration:

  • Assist in system configuration, testing, and deployment for financial, HR, and operational platforms.
  • Contribute to system integration projects between financial, HR, media, and other business applications.
  • Support project execution


Data & Reporting:

  • Contribute to developing, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards and financial reports to provide business visibility. (Desired, but acceptable if not included)
  • Perform data extractions from various systems for reporting purposes.
  • Support data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation efforts to improve reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with finance & other teams to ensure accurate system data for budgeting and forecasting etc.


Automation & Process Optimization:

  • Support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives, assisting in the automation of repetitive business processes.
  • Work with IT teams to identify and implement opportunities for process automation across various business platforms.
  • Create and maintain documentation for automated processes.
  • Assist in the implementation of workflow automation solutions to streamline business operations.


Cloud & IT Infrastructure Support:

  • Monitor and optimize Azure/cloud costs for SSA-hosted resources.
  • Assist in server maintenance, IT asset management, and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Work with IT teams to ensure proper user access controls and security compliance.
  • Support user management and role assignments in OKTA and other identity management systems.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Systems, Finance Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant coursework, internships, or personal projects demonstrating experience with business systems, ERP support, or IT service management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage or other business enterprise systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and coordination skills.
  • Basic SQL query writing skills for data retrieval and analysis.
  • Experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards in Power BI.
  • Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or similar.
  • Understanding of basic cloud computing concepts, particularly within the Microsoft Azure & Google Cloud environments
  • Basic understanding of IT asset management and security best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively, and support end-users effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technologies.
  • Customer service orientation.
