We are looking for a digitally driven and commercially minded Marketing Specialist to support our demand generation and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) efforts in South Africa. This role will sit within the regional marketing team and work closely with global demand gen, paid media, creative, and sales functions.

You’ll be responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive new business pipeline and support regional growth objectives — across channels like paid social, email nurture, digital content, and ABM

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute digital campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email to generate and accelerate pipeline
  • Support ABM plays and personalised outreach for strategic accounts in collaboration with sales
  • Assist in content creation and localisation for the SA region (e.g. landing pages, ads, email nurture)
  • Track and optimise campaign performance using HubSpot, GA, and other marketing tools
  • Coordinate with the global brand and digital teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Maintain and enrich target account and contact data for ABM campaigns
  • Support the delivery of sales enablement assets including decks, landing pages, and competitor insights

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms
  • Experience running or supporting ABM campaigns in collaboration with sales teams
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce (or similar CRM), and Google Analytics
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels, campaign execution, and pipeline metrics
  • Self-starter with strong project management and attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves

Nice to Have

  • Experience in enterprise software or vertical-specific marketing (distribution, automotive, rental)
  • Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, MS Clarity (or Hotjar), or Demandbase (or 6Sense)
  • Experience working with remote or global marketing teams
