Job Advert Summary

To provide financial and administrative assistance to the Credit Manager, branches and admin functions to debtors to ensure efficient, timely and accurate service. Responsible for risk categories and limit changes for all regions.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Grade 12 with Tertiary Financial Certificate.

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position. SAP experience would be advantageous.

Credit Controller experience an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

• Blocking and unblocking of accounts (National Level).
• Managing risk categories and credit limits daily for all regions.
• Assisting in requesting reports on Experian / Credit Vetting.
• Support in opening of new accounts i.e. 30 days/Cash and Machines.
• Offer support in the absence of FICA & Credit Administrator.
• Processing unclaimed journals
• Completion of Vendor forms and Customer Trade references
• Branch Support (National Level)
• Managing the unallocated account.
• Processing refunds for the Eastern and Southern Region.
• Completion of BEE status documentation,
• Maintaining a good working relationship with internal and external customers.
• Reversal and resetting of incorrect payment allocations.
• Distribution of bank statements to the branches daily.
• Maintaining the Masterfile of accounts and extending distribution channels.
• Assisting customers with a credit application and FICA questionnaire.
• Masterfile maintenance.
• Finance Ad hoc duties as requested
• Any reasonable Finance work requested.
