We're Hiring: Remote Client Success Manager (Internal Applicants Only)

Position: Client Success Manager

Location: Remote

Rate: $6–$9 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 9AM- 5 PM EST Full-time

Open to applicants from ARGENTINA, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, COLOMBIA, AND SOUTH AFRICA

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our team! This is a client-facing role, perfect for someone who is professional, friendly, and confident on video calls. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients are happy, supported, and getting the most value from our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular check-ins via video calls
• Ensure clients are satisfied and supported throughout their journey
• Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions
• Assist in onboarding new clients and setting them up for success
• Collect feedback and proactively address concerns or issues
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
  
  

Tools We Use (Experience Preferred):

• Zoom or other video conferencing tools
• CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
• Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  
  

Work Setup:

• Fully remote
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for video calls
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and confident presence on Zoom or video calls
• Strong English speaking and writing skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in customer success, account management, or client relations is a plus
