- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular check-ins via video calls
- Ensure clients are satisfied and supported throughout their journey
- Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions
- Assist in onboarding new clients and setting them up for success
- Collect feedback and proactively address concerns or issues
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
- Zoom or other video conferencing tools
- CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Fully remote
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for video calls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and confident presence on Zoom or video calls
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in customer success, account management, or client relations is a plus
