City: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Contract type: Contractor

Are you a natural coordinator with a knack for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for an Order Order Management Specialist to join our fast-growing telecoms team, helping us deliver fibre optic services to homes and businesses across the UK.
About Us
We’re not just another broadband provider—we’re a fast-growing, full-fibre company with a 4.8 Trustpilot score and an 88% team engagement rating to back it up. That means our customers love what we do, and our people love working here. We’re big believers in open ideas, real impact, and teams that genuinely enjoy working together. If you’re after a role where your voice is heard and your work makes a difference, you might’ve just found your next move.
About the Role:
As an Order Management Specialist, you'll play a key role in the end-to-end scheduling, coordination, and provisioning of fibre installations. You'll liaise with internal teams, contractors, and customers to ensure installations are completed on time and in line with service level agreements (SLAs). You’ll also help identify and resolve potential risks or cancellations by engaging directly with customers.
What You Will Be Doing
Apply now and help us deliver seamless connectivity with every installation!
Other
This is primarily a work-from-home role, so you'll need your own reliable laptop, a strong fibre internet connection, a noise-cancelling headset, and a quiet workspace with backup power. To support you, we offer a monthly work-from-home and connectivity allowance.
Although remote, team collaboration is important. You’ll need to attend occasional in-person team meetings and training sessions—so you should be based in or around Johannesburg.
This is a 3-month contract role with the possibility of becoming permanent.
