From writing procedures to leading test execution and compiling reports, you'll play a critical role in proving the resilience of our systems.

You'll be responsible for planning and executing environmental and performance testing in line with defence and aerospace standards like DO-160, MIL-STD-810, and MIL-STD-704. From writing procedures to leading test execution and compiling reports, you'll play a critical role in proving the resilience of our systems.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate the execution of product qualification testing with support from a team of technicians.
- Draft qualification test procedures aligned with relevant environmental and performance standards (e.g. DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-704).
- Manage test infrastructure readiness and liaise with internal engineering teams and external testing facilities.
- Conduct and oversee testing activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete data capture.
- Analyse test results, perform root cause analysis where required, and provide engineering feedback to design teams.
- Compile detailed qualification test reports for formal review and sign-off.
- Support continuous improvement in testing methodologies, tools, and team performance.
- Willingness to travel for off-site testing when necessary.
Qualifications:
- BEng or BTech in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant testing, reliability, or qualification environment
- Solid understanding of electronic engineering principles
- Hands-on knowledge of environmental and functional qualification testing methodologies
- Familiarity with standards such as DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-704
- Proficiency in interpreting and applying test procedures, reports, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Team player with a positive, "get-the-job-done" attitude
- Effective communication skills
- Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple testing cycles concurrently
