Working Hours: Flexible — must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (US-EST) and/or Europe business hours (approx. 30-40 hrs/week)

Salary Range: $2,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage lead generation processes, including prospect research and outreach.
  • Build and maintain accurate lead lists and CRM data.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients, nurturing and qualifying leads.
  • Support sales teams by scheduling qualified meetings.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and report lead activities and pipeline progress.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales, lead generation, or customer success roles within a consulting firm (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and CRM tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based customers preferred.
  • Flexible schedule with required overlap with U.S. EST and/or European business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SaaS or technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Ability to apply sales methodologies in lead qualification and engagement.
