Introduction

To gain working experience in the daily operations of a quick service or casual dining restaurant under supervision within a restaurant. These roles are aviable in Midrand, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein and Mbombela.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists with the daily operations of a restaurant, from opening to closing
• Works all sections within a restaurant
• Supervises a team on duty, motivates and leads
• On the job training and coaching individuals and teams
• Manage inventory, ordering and issuing of stock
• Conducts restaurants visits, and provides detailed feedback on findings
• Protects brand integrity via compliance
• Customer facing, interacts and deals with queries and complaints
  
  

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Minimum tertiary food related service qualification
• Matric mandatory
