POSITION PURPOSE AND EXPECTATION:

The primary responsibility of the IT Support Analyst is to provide high level of support to our stores and Support Centre team.

The IT Support Officer will be responsible for:
• Store and Customer Support for all IT related issues via email, service desk tickets, IM and phone
• Support of all Lovisa Hardware and software applications
• Responding to & closing tickets within the required service level targets
• Monitoring server & network infrastructure, remediating and escalating issues as required
• Checking, verifying & reporting on daily, weekly & monthly batch processing
• Provisioning equipment and software for new team members
• Assisting with setup of new stores
• Liaising with team and vendors throughout our trading regions

Administration:
• Ensure punctuality and accuracy of all job records
• To ensure reports are submitted in a timely manner to meet required deadlines
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times and continually keep abreast of changes to these as
they occur
• To ensure holiday requirements do not impact on company needs and adhere to LOVISA company policy

Skills, knowledge and personal qualities required:
• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Technical Support role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Demonstrated customer service skills and an ability to work with team of varying levels
