Boxer Superstores is looking for a meticulous and motivated VAS Admin Clerk to join our growing Value-Added Services (VAS) Department at Head Office in Westville. Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- A 1–2 year Diploma in Finance or Accounting
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative or finance support role
- Strong administrative and data handling skills
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Knowledge of systems such as Cube and BOMM will be advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and discretion with sensitive information
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
Key Stakeholders:
Internal: Store Operations, Finance, IT, Marketing, Regional Managers
External: Service Providers, Banks, CIT partners (e.g., G4S), Card Suppliers

Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the administrative bridge between service providers and the VAS department
- Monitor and report on store performance and stock levels for VAS products (e.g. GVS, pension, lay-bye cards)
- Reconcile supplier data with internal Cube system reports
- Prepare accurate and timeous supplier/vendor payments and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Assist stores with VAS queries, RICA registrations, and device support
- Plan and coordinate pension payout logistics with regional managers and financial institutions
- Manage communication and support relating to VAS stock, product updates, and service feedback
- Generate and share performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) across the business
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure excellent service delivery
