Business Analyst / Process Engineer

My client is a UK Based testing and certification comapny growing with a strong base in South Africa. You will work closely with the company leadership and Systems team in a review of current Order Management workflows and processes, and the scoping, design and implementation of a new scalable and more automated solution. It is crucial that the high growth business has an efficient way to capture new orders, price them and feed them into the Production systems (m-files & Click-up). The role iwill focus is integral to a project to re-design the front end order capture and project pricing

The Key Highlights Are

• Map current order workflow process
• Understand current rate card models
• Identify core requirements with stakeholders
• Evaluate interaction with existing system configuration
• Identify different system options and make recommendation
