About the Role

Join Groundflr as a Learning Experience Designer and reimagine online learning that engages and inspires, and thus delivers real learning impact. You’ll combine sound pedagogical principles with a user-centric approach as you influence any and all stages of our learning projects. You will also have the opportunity to use and improve our own tech product that is positioned to take advantage of the ever-changing learning landscape.

The full job spec will be shared in the next step of the process, but here are some highlights:

Some Core Tasks:

• Design and develop client-facing courses and product features using authoring tools
• Storyboard clear, compelling content and video scripts
• Collaborate with SMEs, graphic and motion designers, and programme directors
• Brief visuals that bring lessons to life with clean, modern graphics

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in learning design, with ownership of end-to-end course development. (But just to note that, for us, more time doesn't always = more value)
• Strong visual design sensibility and the ability to guide creatives with clear feedback
• A collaborative mindset; you’re a critical thinker, eager learner and team player
