Key Responsibilities:

Oversee creditors, banking, payroll, fixed assets, and procurement.

Drive budgeting, monthly reporting, and variance analysis.

Lead internal and external audit readiness.

Draft and implement finance policies and SOPs.

Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Ensure accuracy in balance sheet and income statement reconciliations.

Non-negotiables:

CA(SA) or CIMA designation.

Minimum 5 years of commercial finance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Strong command of SAGE (X3), Caseware, and Advanced Excel.

Proven ability to lead, influence, and deliver under pressure.
