GSE Maintenance Supervisor

Key Performance Areas: The position is supporting the Handyman in all aspects of the technical / mechanical side of the resort functions. The successful candidate must be prepared to work weekends, public holidays, overtime and stand in duties Position Requirements:

• Valid matric / Grade 12 certificate and code B driver’s licence
• 2 years’ experience in a similar maintenance position
• Sound knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general maintenance of the building.
• Excellent planning and leadership abilities.
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.

Person Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
