Responsibilities

Job Description

The Projects Administrator’s primary purpose is to provide administrative and office support to the Projects’ management team. This person must have extensive experience in a range of administrative functions, and will be expected to manage a large workload.

The Projects Administrator Will Be Responsible For

  • Scheduling and coordination of meetings and projects
  • Creating, organising and maintaining all documentation
  • Facilitating of communication
  • Resource management
  • Monitoring project progress
  • Quality assurance
  • Assist with identifying and mitigating risks
  • Creating and distribution of reports

Qualifying Experience

  • A minimum Grade 12 certificate
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office – Advance Excel knowledge
  • Proficient knowledge of project management software
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a Production environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
