Minimum 3-5 years experience in account management, sales or business development within the ICT/technology sector
Strong understanding of ICT solutions, including hardware, software, networking, cloud services, and managed services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Ability to engage clients in complex sales conversations and drive new business.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach, able to build trust and credibility with clients at all levels.
Ability to identify customer challenges and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Experience using CRM software for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Certification in Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but not required if relevant experience is demonstrated.
ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications advantageous.
